*Cabins are self check-in Check-in is any time between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm unless other arrangements have been made. The door will be left open for you, and the key to your cabin will be inside.
Smoking:
Smoking is never allowed inside our cabins. Evidence of smoking may incur a cleaning/damage fee of up to $250.
Quiet Time:
Please respect your fellow vacationers and neighbors. Quiet time 11 pm through 7am.
Rates:
All rates are based on a two-night minimum and double occupancy. One night only rentals will incur an additional charge of $20 for the short stay cleaning fee. More than two people will incur an additional charge of $15/person/night.
Pets:
$20/night/pet. On management approval only. Portion of pet fee goes to local animal shelter. Must be leashed at all times. Cannot be left alone in cabins at any time. Owners must clean up after pet waste. $250 cleaning/damage fee may be incurred.
Reservations:
We require a credit card number to hold your reservation, at which time we will e-mail a confirmation to you. We will run your credit card automatically for the balance of your stay when the reservation has been confirmed. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices of cabins are based on Double Occupancy (shared bed). Each additional person is $15.00 per person, per night. Currently the local tax rate is 3%. Reservations made by phone and email only. Smoking is not allowed inside our units. Millane's Serenity by the Sea Cabins is not responsible any for lost or stolen items.
Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation period is prior to 30 days before arrival less a $25 administrative fee. After that time we do not refund. If you have made your reservation through an agent please be aware of our cancellation policy as posted on this website. You will receive an email confirmation to ensure all dates are correct and reservation is confirmed. Make sure the accommodations described are what you reserved. Please feel free to call us on our toll free number if you have any concerns or questions.
Booking Through Agents:
It is up to the consumer to confirm what property you are staying at, type of unit, how many people it sleeps, configuration of beds, whether it has a ladder to a loft, has kitchen or kitchenette, how accessible it is to you, date, price, taxes and that you understand our cancellation policy. Cancellation must be made directly through Serenity by the Sea Cabins, not an agent. We are not liable for incorrect information given to you by any agent or person other than Serenity by the Sea Cabins.
Special Notes:
Each cabin has a steep stairway accessing the loft. This access may not be appropriate for small children or people with limited mobility.
Cleaning service is offered every third day of your stay. Less than 4 day stays will not have a cleaning service. Additional linens/towels available upon request.
